Q: What does usdollarstore.com charge for shipping an order?

A:  With any orders below $45.00 maximum shipping fee will be only $9.95 with Minimum order of 10 items; any orders that over $45.00 we offer free shipping regardless of amount, size or value.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

A: All orders are subject to credit card verification and stock availability. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for processing. Due to USPS priority mailing method, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days, after processing.

Please allow additional time for shipments to PO Boxes.

Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: At this time orders may only be shipped to US States, excluded Alaska, Hawaii and US territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico). Please keep in mind that using third-party shipping services is at your own risk.


Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Shipments can be sent to PO Boxes, but not Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.* *Please Note: At this time we cannot ship items considered a hazardous material by the Department of Transportation due to the alcohol content (fragrances, nail polish, etc.) to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO), or US territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico).

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: Expedited orders must be placed before 11:00AM PST in order to ship out the same day they are placed. However, due to payment type, and that company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to PO Boxes addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Expedited shipping is also not available for shipments including items containing hazardous material by the Department of Transportation (fragrances, nail polish, etc.).
